Responsibilities
- Lead and support case managers and support workers in their efforts to assist children and families.
- Collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive necessary services and support.
- Empower staff to build healthy, lasting relationships with families and children.
- Strengthen advocacy for children and families within the community.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in social work or a comparable human services field, OR a bachelor's degree in social work or a comparable human service field with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.
- Strong managerial skills and experience in case management.
