As a Supervisory Management Program Analyst in the Business Process Re-engineering Group at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, you will play a critical role in overseeing and enhancing project management processes within the Ship Maintenance Performance Group Division. Your primary responsibilities will include managing process improvement initiatives, leading the Project Management Fundamentals Course, and developing training instructions to ensure that all personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. You will be responsible for planning, assigning, and monitoring workloads, establishing performance standards, and conducting performance evaluations for your team. In this position, you will serve as the primary leadership contact for guidance and information related to administrative and functional matters concerning the Project Management Community of Practice. You will ensure that all project management processes are adhered to and compliant with established standards.
