About the position

The Supervisory Management and Program Analyst will serve as the Business Portfolio Manager, overseeing a diverse team of portfolio managers. This role is crucial for leading planning, programming, training, policy, and compliance within the Office of Counterintelligence Program Management Division of the Department of Defense. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and recommending strategies to improve business processes and overall productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a diverse team of portfolio managers.
  • Lead planning, programming, training, policy, and compliance efforts.
  • Identify, analyze, and recommend strategies to improve business processes.
  • Ensure adherence to professional development policies and compliance with DoD standards.
  • Develop and assess compliance with performance and efficiency standards.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Experience in the DoD Acquisition Process and PPBE.
  • Knowledge of DCSA and national intelligence programs.
  • Understanding of laws and regulations related to Federal and DoD personnel management.
  • Experience in policy development and innovative methods for program management.
