Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for information regarding the requirements for and preparation of a variety of reports, administrative procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and manage the HR Division.
  • Advise subordinate supervisors and non-supervisory employees of performance expectations.
  • Plan and evaluate required workforce higher-level programs, staffing requirements, position description development, position management and classification, and manpower assessments.
  • Evaluate the progress of organizational transformation efforts.
  • Provide administrative oversight in the effective management of special programs.

Requirements
