The Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Compliance) position at the Department of Defense involves overseeing the DLA Distribution Compliance and Risk Management Division. Responsibilities
- Supervise the DLA Distribution Compliance and Risk Management Division.
- Oversee and synchronize compliance program execution across the organization.
- Develop and maintain Process Controls, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Audit Assertion programs.
- Track and coordinate corrective actions on inventory accuracy shortfalls, including high dollar value adjustments.
- Plan work operations, resource and equipment needs, and training requirements for staff.
- Facilitate career development for team members.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in federal service or equivalent in other sectors.
- Experience in coordinating, developing, and maintaining compliance plans for organizational operations.
- Ability to provide advice and assistance on distribution compliance policy and operations.
