Responsibilities

  • Supervise the DLA Distribution Compliance and Risk Management Division.
  • Oversee and synchronize compliance program execution across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain Process Controls, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Audit Assertion programs.
  • Track and coordinate corrective actions on inventory accuracy shortfalls, including high dollar value adjustments.
  • Plan work operations, resource and equipment needs, and training requirements for staff.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in federal service or equivalent in other sectors.
  • Experience in coordinating, developing, and maintaining compliance plans for organizational operations.
  • Ability to provide advice and assistance on distribution compliance policy and operations.
