• Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team under the direction of the Manager.
• Review daily data to evaluate its impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, manage collections, and balance nightly deposits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to leverage data effectively.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience in sales.
