About The Position

WallyPark is seeking a Supervisor to manage one of their weekend working shifts. The primary responsibilities include the general management of direct reports, providing task instructions, keeping attendance, and measuring key performance indicators. The role requires record-keeping and report production for team performance reviews. Excellent communication skills and a passion for excellence are essential. Previous leadership experience is a plus.

Requirements

HS Diploma or five years of shuttle driving experience and must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret, federal, state, and local transportation regulations as well as reports and procedures.
Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently (DOT Requirement)
Ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply.
Ability to write statements/reports.
Knowledge of all working functions of a shuttle bus, ADA lifts, wheelchair securement, GPS, video/audio camera, proper stowage, and securement of luggage
Proper greeting of customers, proper etiquette with ADA passenger, proper handling of upset customers, promoting the company APP, benefits, and programs.
Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations.
Must possess the appropriate license, endorsements and or medical certification to operate a shuttle bus.
Have a good driving record.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Hiring is contingent on passing Drug screening and background.

Dispatching with our shuttle drivers.
Greeting customers and informing them where to park.
Assisting customers during the checkout process if help is needed.
Supervisors will be required to drive shuttles periodically.
Be flexible for operation needs and schedule (evenings and weekends)
Supervisor will be responsible for the managing of operations/employees with shift flexibility.
