Requirements

2+ years experience in people leadership and/or operations processing.
Experience working in team-based, collaborative environments.
Ability to plan, execute, and deliver on goals.
Basic knowledge of business intelligence and data-driven decision making.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Demonstrated growth mindset, including adaptability and continuous learning.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare experience

Responsibilities

Directs tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring workload distribution is equitable and efficient for Policy Processing on our New Business Team.
Conducts regular performance evaluations and provides feedback to drive individual and team performance.
Evaluates operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
Implements strategies and initiatives to optimize productivity, minimize errors, and reduce costs.
Analyzes operational issues or bottlenecks, taking appropriate corrective actions.
Generates regular reports and presentations on operational performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
Coaches less experienced staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Leads and supervises a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching.
