Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in people leadership and/or operations processing.
  • Experience working in team-based, collaborative environments.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and deliver on goals.
  • Basic knowledge of business intelligence and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • Demonstrated growth mindset, including adaptability and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Directs tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring workload distribution is equitable and efficient for Policy Processing on our New Business Team.
  • Conducts regular performance evaluations and provides feedback to drive individual and team performance.
  • Evaluates operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
  • Implements strategies and initiatives to optimize productivity, minimize errors, and reduce costs.
  • Analyzes operational issues or bottlenecks, taking appropriate corrective actions.
  • Generates regular reports and presentations on operational performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coaches less experienced staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Leads and supervises a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching.
