Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, including auditing and addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Maintenance team, managing installations and the set-up of new equipment, and ensuring effective communication across shifts.
• Provide technical assistance to the Maintenance department.
• Program, write, design, and run diagnostics on ladder logic for wiring or PLC programming.
• Coordinate work schedules for the Maintenance department, including managing work orders and scheduling outside training.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance supervision or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
• Technical skills in PLC programming and ladder logic diagnostics.
