Supervisor - Hospitality

About the position

The Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency in the performance of all Hotel and Food and Beverage employees to maintain immaculate hotel accommodations, dining rooms and all surrounding areas and all public areas. This role involves providing excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests, ensuring that operating principles are adhered to, and interacting positively with guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum efficiency in the performance of all Hotel and Food and Beverage employees.
• Maintain immaculate hotel accommodations, dining rooms, and all surrounding areas.
• Provide excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Use customer courtesy skills to provide superior guest service.
• Interact with all guests and employees positively.
• Ensure dining rooms are set and ready for operation.
• Oversee completion of all side work.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to ten months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of experience managing people.
• Ability to manage staffing levels to provide optimum service levels.
