Responsibilities
- Monitor and execute the weekly payment cycle, ensuring all payments are processed timely and accurately
- Assist with weekly payment forecasts and reports for Senior Leadership, providing insights into working capital trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and manage relationships with third-party AP vendors, ensuring optimal system performance and proactive issue resolution
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports to identify savings opportunities, enhance accountability, and manage cost avoidance efforts
- Oversee trade-related invoicing processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
- Contribute to the team's budgeting and forecasting activities, supporting financial goals and resource planning
- Evaluate and ensures the effectiveness of internal controls, maintaining compliance with company policies and consistency in team processing
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant business experience in a high-volume processing environment
- BS/BA in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
- Strong leadership, team management, and ability to influence required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience within MS Office Suite
