2027 Summer Staff Recruiting Pool
About The Position
This is an interest form for the 2027 Summer Staff positions at Falls Creek Conference Centers (Falls Creek and CrossTimbers). These centers host several summer camps that require a complex staff serving in many roles. The application process will open on August 1st, 2026. Interested individuals will complete an application, submit three non-family references, and may receive follow-up questionnaires. Interviews will be scheduled, primarily during the Fall interview weekends (November 13th-14th). Staff decisions will be communicated via email within ten business days following the interview weekend.
Requirements
- Be a Christian who is an active member of a local church (Southern Baptist church preferred).
- Be at least 18 years old by June 1st, 2027.
- Live a life of moral integrity.
- Be a faithful witness of Jesus Christ.
- Complete an application.
- Submit three references (non-family members).
Responsibilities
- Serve for the dates required by their job position.
- Be devoted to accountability and spiritual development as a part of the staff discipleship program.
