About the position

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or accepted to a Graduate degree program in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology, Biostatistics, Omics, or Imaging.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks from late May/early June through August.
  • Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community involvement.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in data analysis or programming languages relevant to bioinformatics or data science.
  • Familiarity with statistical software or tools used in data analysis.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a related field.
