About the position

The SuiteBilling System Analyst (NetSuite) at TrueCommerce is responsible for implementing SuiteBilling to enhance billing practices and improve process efficiency for global customers. This role requires collaboration with IT and Finance teams to automate billing processes, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness. The position demands a hands-on approach with a strong understanding of SuiteBilling and general billing principles, facilitating requirements gathering, and problem-solving to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users to document business requirements and design innovative solutions for SuiteBilling implementation.
• Support unit and integration testing, including defining test scenarios, writing test scripts, and ensuring compliant test documentation.
• Help organize SOPs for billing processes and their downstream impact.
• Maintain knowledge of SuiteBilling functionality, customization, and integration best practices.
• Support end user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Manage Release Preview business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades.
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations and new functionality as business requirements change.
• Manage business improvements and enhancements for processes on the NetSuite platform, specifically within SuiteBilling.
• Serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of the organization to provide technical solutions that meet user and business needs.
• Work across business and tech leadership to develop project plans and milestones.

Requirements

• Deep SuiteBilling experience.
• Strong understanding of general billing principles and practices as they operate within NetSuite.
• Proven ability to facilitate requirements gathering and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and executing test cases, issue resolution, and problem-solving.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous situations and think creatively to achieve the best solutions.
