About the position

This position is for a Neurophysiology Neurologist in Houston, joining a collaborative group of healthcare professionals including neurologists, a neuropsychologist, and a psychiatrist. The role involves working in a well-equipped hospital with a dedicated Neuroscience and Spine center, providing comprehensive care to patients with neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide neurological assessments and diagnoses.
  • Conduct EMG and EEG tests as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons.
  • Manage patient care and treatment plans.
  • Participate in the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree with specialization in Neurology.
  • Board certification in Neurology.
  • Experience in neurophysiology and performing EMG/EEG procedures.
