About the position
Substitute teachers are needed throughout the district on an as-needed, on-call basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction and support to students in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Follow lesson plans and adapt as necessary to meet the needs of students.
Requirements
- Must have current Iowa teaching license.
- Must have substitute license or substitute authorization.
