About the position

The Subcontract Administrator - Level 2 position at Lockheed Martin involves managing subcontract administration for various domestic and international programs within the Undersea Warfare (USW) business portfolio. This hybrid telework role allows for a combination of remote work and on-site responsibilities, focusing on supplier invoice processing, purchase order documentation, and subcontract performance monitoring. The role requires a detail-oriented professional committed to ensuring compliance with contract requirements and supporting proposal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontract administration for multiple programs under the USW business portfolio.
  • Process supplier invoices and generate related reports.
  • Generate, manage, and update purchase order documentation according to established policies.
  • Monitor subcontract performance against contract and SOW requirements.
  • Generate modifications and monitor funding status of subcontracts.
  • Support proposal efforts by establishing Proprietary Information Agreements and generating RFP packages.
  • Analyze and evaluate proposals, ensuring compliance and supporting supplier negotiations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in subcontract administration with experience in various contract types (fixed price, time & material, cost-based).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy; self-starter.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in sourcing roles or supply chain roles in a government procurement environment with FAR and DFAR experience.
  • Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) or similar ERP/SAP systems.
  • Experience in supporting proposals and invoice processing and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
