About the position

As an AllSaints Stylist, you will serve as the essential link between our products and customers, primarily working on the shop floor to style and influence customers while also gaining experience in visual merchandising and store operations. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries both in-store and online, supporting the management team in achieving store targets, and ensuring an exceptional brand experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Style customers in the latest collections and provide detailed product knowledge.
• Maintain the store's aesthetic and ensure product availability.
• Handle stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders.
• Respond to first line customer queries via online customer service system.
• Make service decisions to resolve customer issues while retaining loyalty.
• Greet customers and tailor your approach to their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staff areas.
• Support and observe peers, seeking feedback for personal growth.
• Spend 30-50% of time on online customer service, either in-store or from home.
• Work with customer experience team leaders for coaching and escalation of complex queries.
