About the position
As a stylist-in-training in this temporary 90-day position, you will learn the business while delivering exceptional customer service across all channels of communication. You will observe other stylists and managers to understand how to grow the business and control expenses. Your role will involve greeting customers, answering the phone, and maintaining a clean salon environment while following safety standards. Although a promotion to stylist is possible after obtaining your license, it is not guaranteed and requires an application to be considered.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain necessary licenses within or before 90 days of hire.
- Demonstrate good judgment and time management skills.
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Be tech-savvy to use point-of-sale systems and enter data.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
