The Studio Manager at Orangetheory Fitness is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fitness studio, ensuring a welcoming environment for members and staff. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the fitness studio
- Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals
- Ensure a welcoming and personal environment for all members and visitors
- Recognize and celebrate member milestones and achievements
- Handle any issues or challenges that arise promptly and effectively
- Maintain excellent communication with staff, members, and vendors
- Foster a team-oriented atmosphere and promote health and wellness
Requirements
- Proven managerial experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable disposition
- Strong leadership and team management skills
