About The Position

CorePower Yoga (CPY) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to positively impact the student experience at each studio. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, ensuring the studio is always ready for the community. As a SET member, you can deepen your connection with the CPY community and strengthen your personal yoga practice through a special discounted yoga membership. This is a part-time position requiring commitment to up to six hours of studio shifts per month.
Requirements
- Ability to commit to 6 hours per month (schedule varies based on studio need).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
- Ensure that yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps, are clean and organized.
- Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
- Take out the trash and recycling ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of.
- Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
- Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
