About the position

Responsibilities

  • Performs basic office duties such as filing, deliveries, and answering the phones.

Requirements

  • Current WNMU student.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of campus.
  • Skill in general office duties and office equipment including telephones, copier, fax, and computer programs.
  • Knowledgeable of University policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy.
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences within the University and community.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Applications.
