The Student Services Specialist will provide frontline customer service at the Financial Aid Department's front counter, assisting students and parents with financial aid inquiries and concerns. This role includes helping students complete financial aid and scholarship applications, assists in resolving escalated issues, and offering guidance on financial aid processes. In addition, the position may involve more technical tasks, such as determining and making financial aid awards. The Specialist will also collaborate with other campus departments and assist with presentations related to financial aid and scholarships.
