About the position

The Student Enrollment & Success Coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin plays a crucial role in driving enrollment growth for non-formula-funded graduate programs. This position serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing guidance and support throughout the application and enrollment processes. The coordinator will also monitor key performance indicators related to enrollment and student satisfaction, while collaborating with various teams to enhance the overall student experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in non-formula-funded graduate programs.
  • Proactively nurture and support interested students identified through lead generation activities to drive enrollment growth.
  • Be a subject matter expert in the details, features, benefits, and application processes for assigned programs.
  • Collect information about prospective students and develop recruitment relationships over time.
  • Support applicants by providing guidance on needed access and resources.
  • Advise students regarding enrollment issues and maintain application records in EASI, Slate, and Salesforce.
  • Monitor and manage enrollment key performance indicators, including lead management, enrollment conversion, student satisfaction, and student success.
  • Identify opportunities for intervention to improve outcomes, partnering with program coordinators and other teams.
  • Attend and participate in enrollment and recruiting events, such as information sessions and professional conferences.
  • Coordinate with EEV Marketing on communication and enrollment management plans to support lead generation and strategy.
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing coordinators, and partner units to drive continuous improvement and innovation activities.
  • Assist the Enrollment and Success Team by providing backup support for other programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in student recruitment or enrollment management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, EASI, and Slate.
  • Experience in event planning and participation.
