About the position

The Student Assistant - Licensing position at ASU Enterprise Partners involves supporting the Licensing and Business Development team in coordinating licensing activities and ensuring the successful achievement of the organization's mission. This part-time role requires approximately 20 hours of work per week, with additional availability during non-school periods. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage licensing activities
• Communicate progress on activities and assist in managing deadlines
• Manage legal deadlines, including tracking responsible parties and handoffs among team members
• Perform market research and prepare related reports and deal term comparables
