About The Position

This position will support the preclinical and clinical research of Dr. Doug Sammer, Dr. Andrew Zhang and Dr. Andrei Odobescu. This position will be responsible for IRB submissions, data collection and analysis and manuscript preparation for clinical research studies. This position may also help prepare funding submissions. This position will work on multiple projects involving hand surgery, quality control of resident education, hemodynamic flow study relating to perforator flaps, biomechanical studies pertaining to the hand, flap and breast reconstruction databases and keloids. This position will be involved with some preclinical research cadaver projects to look at various aspects of hand surgery.

Requirements

• Security-sensitive position and subject to Texas Education Code 51.215, which authorizes UT Southwestern to obtain criminal history record information.
