About the position

The Strategy Support Analyst at ANSER will play a crucial role in supporting the Strategic Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Analyst for the DTRA Strategic Integration Directorate. This position involves providing strategic and advisory services to enhance the DoD's Combat Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) mission through complex analytical studies, research, and operational expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex analytical studies and activities.
• Research topics, provide analysis, and deliver written and oral presentations on findings/insights.
• Make recommendations on relevant, credible, and timely actions based on findings.
• Coordinate with analytic agencies and entities to ensure integration of cross command products.
• Provide analytic and operational expertise to supported offices and personnel.
• Provide written inputs to study plans, analysis reports, and final reports.
• Assist in reviewing and selecting externally conducted research on relevant topics.
• Support the identification of and research into emerging science and technology, WMD, and adversary threat trends.
• Analyze potential impacts of trends and emerging technology.
• Report analysis, insights, findings, and recommendations to leadership.
• Review and translate national guidance into operationally relevant products.
• Support the development of timely, concise occasional papers on special topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 or more years relevant experience supporting and providing advisory services or operational planning to defense agency programs and directorates
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
