Responsibilities

- Communicate an inspired vision, motivating and aligning teams, clients, and departments around a data-driven social strategy.
- Develop and mentor team members, focusing on skill-building and enhancing overall team productivity.
- Set and track KPIs, measuring performance and optimizing strategies based on insights.
- Create breakthrough strategies that leverage audience and cultural insights to meet client goals.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social listening and analytics tools (e.g., GWI, Brandwatch, RivalIQ).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage with senior clients and build trusted relationships.
- Exceptional ability to merge data, culture, and creativity to tell brand stories.
