Plasmidsaurus has built an exceptional engineering team through referrals, relationships, and highly selective hiring. We're looking for a technically-oriented individual to help turn that advantage into a durable talent engine. In this role, you'll identify outstanding technical talent before we need it, build relationships that last for years, and help ensure Plasmidsaurus is known by the engineers we'd most want to hire. You'll partner closely with engineering leadership to understand what great looks like, map the talent landscape, and create networks that compound over time. Success isn't measured by outreach volume or pipeline size. It's measured by whether we know exceptional people before anyone else does, whether they take our call when the time is right, and whether those relationships become the foundation of future hires. This role will start out as a strategist focused on sourcing day one. We will look to this person as a strategic partner and expect you to grow naturally into increased impact and full cycle recruiting support.
