Responsibilities
- Lead change management initiatives to align stakeholders and customers with new processes and practices.
- Assess and innovate current business models to emphasize SaaS and recurring revenue.
- Design and implement programs for transitioning to a recurring revenue model.
- Aid in developing pricing models that balance customer attraction with profitability.
- Develop and refine business processes for new operational methods.
- Innovate and streamline processes across departments to drive efficiencies.
- Oversee the onboarding of external solutions from business expansion initiatives.
- Manage the project lifecycle from planning to execution for various internal initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- PMP or ITIL certification required.
- Lean Six Sigma process accreditation preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with extensive knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI.
- Proven leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
