About the position

The Partnerships Manager is a strategic driver responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with partners and driving their success on our platform. This role combines proactive problem-solving and project management skills to deliver measurable outcomes for both partners and the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing strategic partnerships, ensuring partner satisfaction, maximizing mutual value, and identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing partnerships and identify, onboard, and integrate new strategic partners within the campus and hospitality ecosystem.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, proactively addressing their needs, fostering open communication, and ensuring successful implementation of joint initiatives.
  • Streamline and scale partnership operations, developing and implementing processes for efficient onboarding, communication, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Support the Director in identifying and evaluating potential new partners, contributing to the business development process.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, operations) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partnerships.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to the Director and other stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the campus and hospitality ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or high school diploma/GED + years of experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in working with strategic accounts in a sales, marketing or account management capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work across many departments to solve problems and achieve results.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google products) with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Experience with Salesforce and JIRA a plus.
  • Strong problem solving skills and comfortable analyzing and articulating data.
  • Thinking like an owner - being proactive rather than reactive when it comes to account health.
