PropertyRadar is moving into a new growth motion in the mortgage segment. The next chapter will not be won one trial at a time — it will be won by going where mortgage professionals already are: inside the wholesale lenders, LOS and CRM ecosystems, branch networks, coaching communities, and influencer audiences that already serve mortgage. The Strategic Growth Manager (SGM) for Mortgage exists to build that channel. Your job is to identify, open, and develop the partnerships that put PropertyRadar in front of large concentrations of qualified mortgage buyers — and to displace the affiliate relationships currently powering our competitors. This role is based in the Detroit metro area, and that's not arbitrary. Detroit is the geographic center of the U.S. wholesale mortgage industry. UWM — one of our most important existing partners — is here. So are the broker shops, IMBs, and mortgage tech companies that define our target list. Being on the ground in Pontiac/Troy/Auburn Hills means you can show up in person at the partnerships that matter. Remote candidates outside the Detroit area will not be considered.
