About The Position

This role involves performing analysis of Card Reward strategies to evaluate their effectiveness in preventing loss while minimizing operational expense and optimizing the customer experience. The position requires conducting research to identify fraud trends and performing simulations to determine rules that can be implemented to mitigate losses. Key responsibilities include communicating across partner teams and at all levels, presenting strategies for approval, and obtaining executive buy-in. The role also entails managing deliverables for strategy implementation by working with stakeholders to design solutions, develop requirements, and test their implementation. Additionally, the position involves monitoring strategies to identify emerging attacks and trends, making changes in response, and performing detailed validation of new strategy changes to ensure deployment aligns with requirements. Identifying potential issues, root cause analysis, and communicating updates to technical partners are also part of the duties. Ensuring compliance with existing control structures while driving future enhancements is essential.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study plus 2 years (24 months) of experience in the job offered or as Strategic Analytics Associate, Software Engineer, Application Development Analyst, or related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study plus 4 years (48 months) of experience in the job offered or as Strategic Analytics Associate, Software Engineer, Application Development Analyst, or related occupation.
  • Gathering, manipulating, and organizing large scale data to produce actionable strategy recommendations using Big data analytic techniques.
  • Querying complex large-scale data tables and structures for strategy analytics, monitoring development, and validation using SQL and SAS.
  • Designing and automating reports and dashboard for business partners to communicate relevant business and fraud metrics for emerging trends.
  • Guiding feature release and project management in agile product development frameworks and JIRA to work with Business, Data, and Technology partners on new strategy initiatives and technology releases.
