Perform analysis of Card Reward strategies to evaluate their effectiveness in preventing loss while minimizing operational expense and optimizing the customer experience. Conduct research to identify fraud trends and perform simulations to determine rules that can be implemented to mitigate losses. Communicate across partner teams and at all levels, presenting strategies for approval and obtaining executive buy-in. Manage deliverables needed to implement strategies by working with stakeholders to design solutions, develop requirements and test their implementation. Monitor strategies to identify emerging attacks and trends and make changes to strategies in response. Perform detailed validation of new strategy changes to ensure that deployment performs in alignment with strategy requirements. If necessary, identify potential issues, root cause and communicate updates to technical partners. Ensure compliance with existing control structure while also driving future enhancements.
