About the position

The Strategic Accounts Program Manager at Carlisle Construction Materials is responsible for the proactive management of key strategic accounts, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication, while also supporting Strategic Account Managers in establishing and nurturing relationships with new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage bid calendars and coordinate bidders for strategic accounts.
  • Assist Strategic Account Managers in establishing new accounts and growing sales within assigned accounts.
  • Execute quote follow-up to increase sales volume and close rates.
  • Drive the new account setup process across brands and locations.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Order Entry, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth account launches.
  • Conduct Monthly Account Update meetings with Strategic Account Managers to maintain an up-to-date account list.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for questions regarding strategic account programs.
  • Assist in setting up pricing, rebates, and warranty processes for strategic accounts.
  • Compile and communicate daily order changes to relevant teams.
  • Report on sales history and future forecasts for strategic accounts.
  • Train team members on CRM and other internal software.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of operations, field service, sales, or project management experience required.
  • Experience in building materials or construction industries preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Smartsheet and other project management tools.
  • Knowledge of sales and manufacturing processes.
