About the position

The Storeroom Production Manager at Sodexo Government Services is responsible for overseeing food production and inventory management at Holloman Air Force Base. This role involves managing daily operations of the dining facility, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The manager will lead a team, manage inventory processes, and work closely with military personnel to deliver quality service to Airmen and their families.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Air Force Dining Facility.
• Oversee inventory management processes including ordering, storing, and conducting bimonthly inventory counts.
• Utilize Sodexo and military resources to direct daily operations including food production and procurement.
• Ensure employees have the necessary equipment and resources to meet operational goals.
• Establish and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Control food costs and comply with budget requirements.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to employees, monitoring operating standards.

Requirements

• Five years of work history demonstrating strong production and inventory management skills.
• Strong background in food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Experience working in a Union environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills.
• Passion for high levels of customer service.

Nice-to-haves
