About the position
As a Store Team Member at Wag N' Wash, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to pet owners and their furry companions. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in finding products, operating the POS register, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position requires a love for pets and a commitment to enhancing the bond between pets and their guardians.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Help customers find specific products and offer recommendations based on their needs.
- Accept and process orders, operate the POS register, and resolve returns issues.
- Promote special sales, offers, and awareness of the rewards program.
- Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products, including data entry into computer systems.
- Assist pet parents with navigating self-wash stations and explain the washing process.
- Stock bathing supply caddies.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older.
- Ability to pass a drug screening (in applicable states).
- Knowledgeable about animals and products to provide outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
