About the position

As the Store Manager at Circle K, you will lead a team focused on delivering superior customer experiences while achieving sales and operational standards. This role emphasizes leadership, team development, and financial management to ensure the store's success and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train positive, enthusiastic employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Evaluate and develop specific action plans to address site needs and reach desired objectives.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits.
• Maintain the store's image through cash handling, cleaning, stocking, and greeting customers.
• Establish ongoing communication meetings with all site employees and the Market Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to communicate in English verbally and written.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
