About the position

The Store Manager at ACE Cash Express is responsible for building connections with customers and providing exceptional service. This role involves educating customers about products and services, maintaining store security, and managing various financial transactions. The Store Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience while also overseeing store operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products and services
• Listen to customer needs and provide solutions
• Maintain store security and safety
• Provide card services and process transactions
• Complete MoneyGram and Bill Pay transactions
• Cash checks and manage cash handling procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry
• 2 years of experience in a sales environment
• Ability to exchange U.S. currency in any denomination
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
