Responsibilities
- Lead and manage store operations to ensure high standards of service and quality.
- Supervise and train staff in hospitality practices, food management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize store performance.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers while addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to create promotional events that enhance customer engagement.
- Manage cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the coffee, restaurant, or food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management in a retail setting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff alike.
