About the position

The Store Manager at NAPA is responsible for leading a retail store team, driving growth and profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, including managing P&L, identifying new revenue opportunities, and maintaining store security and appearance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and experience in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
• Assist outside sales in developing and maintaining wholesale accounts
• Build, guide, and develop an engaged team to deliver high levels of customer care
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets
• Ensure the store is recognized for safety and appearance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in store management
• Knowledge of inventory controls and stocking levels
• Strong customer focus and high energy
• Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer systems
• Personal drive and self-motivation

Nice-to-haves

• Technical or Trade school courses or degree
• Background in the automotive industry or related fields
• Experience in parts store or retail management
• ASE Certifications
