About the position
The Store Manager at CEFCO Convenience Stores is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring profitability, managing expenses, and maintaining high performance standards. Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the store, including profits and controllable expenses.
- Handle daily paperwork and computer entries.
- Ensure shelves are stocked, attractive, and priced correctly.
- Recruit, hire, and train all store personnel.
- Motivate and challenge employees to perform at their best.
- Provide coaching and development for team members.
- Maintain performance standards across the store.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' management experience in a convenience store, retail store, or fast food/restaurant operation.
- Experience with budgets and P&Ls is a plus.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Desire to build, lead, inspire, and grow a team.
