About the position
The Store Manager at 7 For All Mankind is responsible for leading the store team to achieve sales goals while ensuring exceptional customer engagement. This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and developing staff, managing store operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service and merchandising. The Store Manager plays a crucial role in maximizing store profitability and enforcing company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Inspire, mentor, and develop the store team to achieve sales goals.
- Recruit, hire, and coach top talent to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales through personalized service.
- Promote a culture of consistent coaching and feedback to maintain a high-performing team.
- Oversee the annual performance review process and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
- Communicate with the District Manager regarding employee relations and operational needs.
- Manage store scheduling to ensure proper coverage based on business needs.
- Support and execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing.
- Ensure Loss Prevention policies and procedures are followed.
- Assist with financial/sales audits and inventories.
Requirements
- 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
- At least 2+ years of management experience.
- Strong leadership ability and excellent time management skills.
- High level of initiative and self-starter mentality.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate cash register accurately and efficiently.
