About the position

Each position has specific responsibilities and requirements, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time employment. The Store Driver is responsible for delivering parts to commercial customers and assisting with inventory processes. The Salesperson supports the DIY business and achieves sales objectives, requiring knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The Retail Parts Pro and Commercial Parts Pro are professional-level positions that support advanced functions of the DIY business, requiring expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts. The Manager in Training is a developmental position aimed at preparing for a General Manager role, requiring knowledge of store systems and the ability to assist customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver parts to commercial customers and assist with inventory processes (Store Driver)
- Support the DIY business and achieve sales objectives (Salesperson)
- Provide advanced identification, troubleshooting, and project assistance for DIY customers (Retail Parts Pro)
- Support advanced functions for both DIY and DIFM customers (Commercial Parts Pro)
- Maintain company standards around operating and product processes (Manager in Training)
Requirements
- Entry-level position for Store Driver and Salesperson
- Professional-level position for Retail Parts Pro and Commercial Parts Pro
- Knowledge of store systems and automotive parts
- Ability to drive and pass driving certification requirements
- In-depth knowledge of store inventory and maintenance processes
