About the position

The Store (Brand) Manager at Stanton Optical is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, focusing on talent development, customer experience, and business performance. This role empowers managers to act as brand ambassadors, leading high-performing teams in a dynamic retail environment while preparing for career advancement opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and training new team members.
  • Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and the Support Center.
  • Analyze reports to ensure staff members meet performance goals.
  • Execute customer repairs and ensure accurate delivery of eyeglasses.
  • Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
  • Track delivery commitments to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 4 years of store management experience.
  • Valid ABO/NCLE Certification preferred or willingness to earn within the first year.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in retail.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse groups.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition and HR processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
