About The Position

Emerson has an exciting opportunity for an experienced stock room clerk. Located in Orange, VA, you will work closely with warehouse, production, and planning teams to meet shipping/receiving deadlines, receive incoming shipments, and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders, and load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing and packaging outgoing shipments, loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, maintaining clean warehouse areas, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are also required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience
Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience

Responsibilities
