About the position

Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory accuracy by binning and picking merchandise, utilizing the inventory management system, and completing bin audits.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, and adapting to changes and feedback.
- Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking and rotating products, removing damaged goods, and organizing displays according to company policies.
- Handle claims and returns, zone the area, and maintain the work environment according to company policies and procedures.
- Receive and stock merchandise, organize the backroom, and ensure compliance with safety and operating procedures.
- Assist customers by identifying their needs, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
Requirements
- Experience with inventory management systems.
