About the position
The Merchandiser position at Pepsi MidAmerica involves promoting and merchandising Pepsi products at local accounts. The role focuses on building customer relations and ensuring product displays meet company standards while maintaining inventory levels.
Responsibilities
- Merchandising and promoting Pepsi products through marketing activities at respective accounts.
- Building and maintaining product displays in compliance with company standards.
- Maintaining appropriate product levels in beverage sections.
- Organizing back room inventory.
- Meeting customer service expectations through daily communications, problem solving, and follow-up.
- Establishing courteous and professional relationships with team members and customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Customer service skills.
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must live in or near Blytheville/Manilla & Osceola, AR or Hayti and Caruthersville, MO.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to pass random drug tests.
