About The Position
This is a seasonal evening position at Rupert's, a dining destination in Hotel McCall known for its fresh, flavor-forward cuisine inspired by Southwest, Asian, and Mediterranean influences. The role focuses on maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting the culinary team.
Requirements
- Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
- Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
Responsibilities
- Washes china, glass, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of the cleaning supplies
- Remove trash, compost, and recycle to appropriate receptacles
