The goal will be to mature our STEM engagement program that aligns with our Engineering talent pipeline strategy. Our STEM engagement spans from Kindergarten to University and provides engagement that spans from overall awareness to student project and internships to full-time hires. Understanding the level of effort for each engagement is important for us to make the biggest impact with our time and resources. The ideal candidate will work with cross functional team members to understand current and future talent needs to align programs and engagement activities to recruit and engage future talent. Additionally, you will perform high level, engineering analysis, design or re-design, validation and troubleshooting of complex components for heavy duty vehicles. Provide integration and execution support for vehicle and component design. Provide technical leadership in high level analysis and design of new and modified components and subsystems in accordance with engineering standards and project scope. Provide specialty research and development, analysis, modeling, and simulation in strategic technology areas.
